Instruction for Authors


The papers submitted must be original and have never been published anywhere (infringement of copyrights or misuse of intellectual property is solely the author’s responsibility). All submitted paper must be written in English.

Guideline for Abstract

Abstracts of no more than 250 words must be submitted upon registration on the registration page. The abstract will be reviewed and sent back to authors for correction before the full paper submission.

Guideline for Full paper

  • Maximum length for full paper: 10 pages, including abstract, references, Figure and Table.
  • All submissions must be prepared as Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx), typed on an A4 paper size using font Times New Roman 12 pts. To ensure correct settings, the use of templates which can be downloaded below is strongly encouraged.
  • Submissions can be for either ‘oral’ or ‘poster’ presentation. Please note that abstracts submitted for ‘oral’ may be accepted for ‘poster’.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

  • Oral presentations are given in a 15 minute- slot, with approximately 12 minutes for the presentation and followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers.
  • Presentations can be in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
  • Presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.
  • Authors responsible for oral presentation are requested to deliver their file at the registration desk before the session.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

  • Poster size is 80 x 120 cm (width x height)
  • Posters can be setup at the first day of the conference.
  • Please regist your poster at the reception desk to receive your poster ID
